Overview
HN175 Andrew Rintoul was the superintendent for S Squad for a short while, from June 2003 to March 2004, during which time he had oversight responsibilities for the Special Demonstration Squad.
Rintoul made a statement to Operation Herne, but has not taken part in the Inquiry.
