Overview

HN109 was an SDS undercover officer in the 1970s and returned to the Special Demonstration Squad as a Detective Inspector and manager of the unit in the 1980s. He gave evidence to the Inquiry in a closed hearing. As a manager, was involved in attempting to track down HN95 Stefan Scutt (cover name 'Stefan Wesolowski') after he had disappeared whilst still deployed following a mental breakdown in 1988.
