HN275 Francis Flood

HN275 Chief Inspector Francis 'Frankie' Flood was the last senior officer of the SDS. He was a Counter-Terrorism, rather than Special Branch officer. He wrote a critical 'closing down' report on the unit. He died during the Inquiry, so can't be called to give evidence.
