Overview

West Ham Anarchists (WHA) appears to have been active between 1966 and 1969 in the east end of London.  During the run-up to the 1966 general election, the group disrupted a hustings and the incident was captured on film.

Beyond this, little is known about the group’s activities, although in 1969 it published a newspaper named Black Mass.  Some further details emerge from HN326 Doug Edwards’ reporting.
