Little 'A' Printing Press

Little A printers' collective in 1977 was a small anarchist printers press which was first run out of a garage in Hackney. They printed Anarchy and Zero Magazines, among others. Anarchy Collective The Anarchy Collective was a group of anarchists that organised political support campaigns and published the magazine Anarchy. The editorial team at the time that HN304 'Graham Coates' infiltrated in 1977-1979 included Charlotte Baggins and Chris Broad. Inquiry Core Participant Dave Morris was a regular contributor to the magazine. Full page: Anarchy Collective Zero Collective The Zero Collective was a anarcho-feminist publishing collective. It was based in the east end of London and produced seven issues of 'Zero' magazine between 1977 and 1978. It was spied upon by HN304 'Graham Coates' throughout this time. Members of the collective were spied upon by HN304 'Graham Coates' in the 1970s.

Later, in 1982, Little A was subject to a police raid at its Wapping premises. HN85 Roger Pearce 'Roger Thorley' Roger Pearce is a former undercover police officer who rose to be Commander of the Metropolitan Police Special Branch (MPSB) and Director of Intelligence. Since retiring he has become an author of fiction. As 'Roger Thorley' he infiltrated anarchist groups, including Freedom Press, from 1979 to 1984 and wrote articles for Freedom News. No prosecutions followed, however, due to a lack of evidence.
