The Indian Defence Committee was one of many fronts formed by the Communist Party of England (Marxist-Leninist). 

It is listed as a target in the SDS 1977 Annual Report but there are no intelligence reports on the group, one of the deployment targets of HN13 Desmond (‘Barry’) Loader.
