Overview

Black Aid campaigned for Red Army Faction (RAF) members imprisoned in Germany, in 1977 and 1978 organising demonstrations in London.

The SDS made special mention of its monitoring of Black Aid when it wrote to the Home Office in 1979 asking the government to renew its funding. Black Aid was one of several groups on which HN304 ‘Graham Coates’ reported.
