HN594 William Taylor was the Assistant Commissioner Specialist Operations (ACSO) of the Metropolitan Police from October 1990 to April 1994. As such, he was high up in the hierarchy carrying responsibility for the SDS.

It's unclear if he submitted a statement to the Undercover Policing Inquiry; he has not been asked to give oral evidence.
