Overview

Donald Buchanan was Special Branch officer between 1975 and 1979. He was interviewed by Operation Herne as he knew former SDS officer HN13 'Barry Loader'. The notes taken by interviewers are unclear in meaning. He denied knowledge of any wrongdoing by SDS, but expressed concern about the welfare of SDS officers. He's in ill health.
