HN190 was an SDS detective inspector quoted in the Ellison report (p.201-2), commenting on retention or destruction of documents within the SDS during a 2004 document rationalisation process.

HN190 does not appear on the Undercover Policing Inquiry website; he may be one of the officers with complete anonymity.
