Overview

Rollo Watts was a senior Special Branch manager with oversight of the SDS. A Chief Superintendant at the start of 1976, he was promoted to Commander of Special Branch in the summer, staying in that position until around March 1978. 

Watts is deceased and did not submit a statement to the Undercover Policing Inquiry.
