HN123 was an SDS undercover officer deployed to a number of unnamed left-wing groups between 1993 and 1998. He was said to have spied on the Stephen Lawrence family justice campaign.

He is also known as 'Officer B' who started a legal case against the Metropolitan Police Services jointly with former undercover turned whistleblower HN45 Peter Francis, a.k.a. 'Officer A'.
