HN105 Douglas Sparks

As chief Superintendent, HN105 Douglas Sparks headed the SDS for a short period just after it was moved from S Squad and brought under C Squad in September 1988. He kept the position for just over a year, until November 1989.

It is unclear if he is taking part in the Inquiry beyond having been given an HN number. As he is not represented at the Undercover Policing Inquiry's website or timelines, this is probably not the case.
