Overview

HN72 was an SDS undercover officer who was deployed for a short period in the late 1980s. As an inspector, he held a managerial position in the SDS from 15 Sep 2005 to October 2007. 

He had a heart attack in 2009, which he considers stress related from working at the SDS, and retired from the MPS in 2010.

He is considered to have important evidence regarding the spying on Stephen Lawrence's family. 

He has submitted a lengthy witness statement to the Inquiry.
